Yuval Salomi - Director
Yuval is married to Holly and they recently moved into their new home with their dog, Sam. In fact, if you pop down to our office during the week, chance is you might have met Sam.
They were blessed with Mya, when the stork brought their first baby a year ago. So Mya pretty much keeps them on their feet for the moment. Yuval and the family love the outdoors, horse riding (except Sam) and camping.
He also did skydiving recently and didn’t think of anything of it. He is planning to conquer Mount Everest one day soon.
Tom Smith - Business Consultant
Born in Lancashire, Tom spent his early adult life in Germany when his family decided to emigrate in 1970. As a child he earned his pocket money in the family business, which gave him a very practical understanding of the nuts and bolts of small businesses. He arrived back in the UK as a young man with a VW Beetle, a thirst for travel, and lots of hopes and dreams.
Tom joined a leading Canadian Process Control Manufacturer in Worcester, then working as a Strategic Procurement Consultant during railway privatisation. A few years later he joined the finance team of Europe’s largest and most successful luxury yacht manufacturer. As passed his exams with the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and thereafter qualified as an accountant.
Ten years ago, Tom looked around at the accounting industry and was quite frankly appalled by the poor customer service and the reactive stance towards growing customer needs. So naturally, he did what many of you have done in life, and decided to set up his own business.
As an accountant with real practical experience working with small businesses, he was able to empathise with their many challenges and offer real solutions during difficult economic times. Tom is a Non-Executive Director with five very successful companies and his firm offer a highly innovative and successful Board Meeting service, which provides focus and accountability to ambitious clients.
Tom lived in Germany for many years and loves to travel. Australia is his favourite travel destination and Cape Town his favourite city. He is a great fan of Rufus Wainwright, the Cinema, Grey’s Anatomy, Mozart and Fyodor Dostoyevski. He’s also an avid cook and if he was ever stuck in a lift, he would love to meet Meryl Streep.

Kay Alexander - Bookkeeper & Administration
Kay has been with the team for 10 years and is responsible for her own portfolio of bookkeeping and payroll clients. Kay also provides administrative support to the team.

She also lived in Saudi Arabia for four very interesting years. She admits that although having been all around the world, her favourite place is South of France, which she visits regularly every year. As she said, there’s no place like home like France (besides Ringwood)
If she was ever stuck in a lift with someone famous, it would have to be with Richard Gere

Dawn has three boisterous boys who keep her very busy. She needs to keep fit to keep up with them so she goes swimming and practices Yoga.
