It has been a pleasure working with Artema from the very beginning of our working relationship three years ago. As firms of accountants go, they are a real breath of fresh air. They take the time to listen to their clients and to what their needs are. They do their best to meet those needs with speed, courtesy, efficiency and professionalism. They seem to have a really good understanding of the needs of a small business, no matter what kind of service or product the business provides. I feel that they take my ideas and ambitions seriously and provide support and encouragement to help me achieve my goals.
Before using Artema I had bought a SAGE package but it had sat on the shelf gathering dust because I lacked the confidence, knowledge and skill to use it. After a ½ day’s training session with Artema I was doing my own book-keeping and producing my own VAT returns! It’s so easy. I’m also saving money on book-keeping fees. Artema are always looking for ways to save me money including making sure their fees are both reasonable and competitive providing good value for money. I have also been impressed with their approach to customer service – for example, taking the time to collect feedback from each client on the service that they are providing and how it can be improved. Artema were recommended to me by one of my colleagues and now I am recommending them to my clients, without hesitation.
